OKAY SO: Sometime in the last week, Nifflas released Knytt Stories, which I’ve been waiting for like Christmas 2.0. (Short rundown: Hyper-polished nonviolent Metroidvania with surprisingly gorgeous sound design, itself occasionally reminiscent of Múm; also totes free.)

The best part — which I was totally not expecting!!! — is that there’s an honest-to-god level editor crammed inside, and people are already tossing around new levels like magic puppies, so GET ON IT. I already started my level:

   The best part, actually, is that this game was made with Multimedia Fusion 2, a nifty development tool with graphic interface
